    Seedless blackberry jam

    Ingredients :
    • Sugar: 900 gr
    • Blackberry: 1000 gr
    Preparation time : 20 minutes
    Cooking time : 15 minutes


    1. Wash the blackberries carefully and drain them.

    2. Put them in a large cooking bowl.

    3. When it comes to a boil, remove it from the heat and pass the fruit through a sieve.

    4. When the fruits have been passed, weight the purée obtained and throw the seeds remaining in the sieve.

    5. Return the juice to the cooking bowl, which must be rinsed with the crystal sugar (900 g of sugar per 1 kg of puree).

    6. Stir to dissolve the sugar before cooking again.

    7. Take 5 minutes after boiling and stir constantly.

    8. Then reduce the heat and cook gently until it reaches a good consistency. To find out when the blackberry jam is cooked, you can do the cold plate test: This test is to put a drop of jam on the cold plate, if it stays, it is ready!

    Pour into boiled jars, close immediately and turn them upside down on a cloth before turning back up for storing them when they are cold.
