    A recipe that is really jam and not jelly….

    Ingredients :
    • Sugar: 750 gr
    • Redcurrant: 1000 gr
    Preparation time : 15 minutes
    Cooking time : 30 minutes

    1. Wash the redcurrants and put them into a pot.

    2. Heat and crush the berries. When the redcurrants break up, remove the pot from heat.

    3. Pass the redcurrants for the beater to remove seeds.

    4. Weight the juice obtained, put in a pot and add the sugar, 750 grams of sugar per 1kg of juice.

    5. Bring to a boil and stir until there is no more scum on the surface.

    6. Fill the jars and close immediately.

    The jam hardens while cooling.
