  • Milk jam using the pressure-cooker

    An express and infallible milk jam. It is high in carbohydrates and will delight children and athletes. It can be enjoyed on a slice of bread or on crepes.

    Ingredients :
    Sweetened condensed milk can: 1
    Preparation time : 35 minutes
    Cooking time : 2 minutes

    1. Place the cans of condensed milk in the pressure-cooker. Do not open the cans.

    2. Cover with water and close the cooker.

    3. Bring the cooker to a boil and cook for about 35 minutes.

    4. Once finished cooking, allow to cool before opening the cooker to avoid burns.

    5. Remove the cans and allow to cool completely before opening them.

    6. Pour the content of the cans into the jars and keep them in the refrigerator.

    You can also keep one closed can in the refrigerator, the jam will last longer and you can quietly enjoy the first container. Once opened the container, pour its content in a jar.
