    Sometimes it is important to be original!!!

    Ingredients :
    • Sugar: 4000 gr
    • Lemon: 2
    • Apple: 1000 gr
    • Tomato: 4000 gr
    Preparation time : 60 minutes
    Cooking time : 90 minutes


    1. Wash, dry and cut 4 kg off-season and not quite ripe tomatoes into quarters.

    2. Add 4 kg of sugar, the juice of lemons and simmer gently until a reduced and slightly thick juice is formed.

    3. Add the peeled and sliced apples and simmer for 30 minutes. Check its consistency and fill the jars.
